Deposits & Payment

For all roofing and siding services, Rangel Construction LLC requires a 50% deposit before work begins, with the remaining balance due upon completion. The deposit secures your spot on our schedule and covers materials and initial labor. Specific payment terms, accepted payment methods, and the final balance due date will be detailed in your written project agreement.
